We aim to look at the person as a whole, not just the condition they come in with.

Movement

The way we move matters! Technique is a key thing we look at when we assess our clients. We focus on moving the body in its most functional and optional positions so that people can live pain free.

Fitness

When people hear the term 'fitness' they often think of running a certain distance, lifting a certain weight, or going for a swim. We define fitness based on someone's goals and their level. Some people just want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath, others want to play with their kids without having to sit down afterwards and there are those that just want to do their gardening without being sore afterward. Fitness can be a variety of things based on what you want to achieve

Diet

Diet plays a key in how healthy we are. We believe that having balance in your eating is the best way to achieve your goals and get the best results possible. We also believe in the saying that 'you can't our train a bad diet'. Making small changes in your diet over the long term is the best way to stay healthy and get results.

Stress

Stress plays such a big role in how our bodies function. At EMP Disability we look at all factors of your life that are impacting the stresses on your body. Your physical and mental stresses are the big picture, but we focus on much more.

Chronic Disease Management

Reduce your risk of chronic disease by following our lifestyle change process. Currently, nearly 50% of Australian adults suffer from chronic disease (ABS, 2018). Our aim is to educate our clients to reduce their risk and help them manage their disease long term.
